Hopeworks C4K is a Blue Cross Blue Shield Provider. Your out of pocket charge will depend upon your policy copay and deductible.

Out of Network Reimbursement

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, your therapist can provide documentation for reimbursement of session fees. Full payment is required at time of treatment, and then you will submit the documentation to your insurance company. Your insurance provider will reimburse you directly.
